At the Center for Coaching Strategies, we believe sustainable success begins with strong foundations. Our programs support individuals, leaders, educators, workforce participants, organizations, and communities through human-centered learning experiences that strengthen confidence, leadership, professional practice, and long-term growth. Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, we help people explore the conditions, beliefs, relationships, and skills that contribute to success. Our work is grounded in the belief that leadership, workforce readiness, and professional growth develop from the inside out.
Growing Through Shared Leadership
Coaching Strategies is intentionally designed to grow, adapt, and respond as the needs of people, professions, and communities evolve. Through our National Working Board, committees, and community partnerships, we bring together diverse expertise and perspectives to identify emerging needs, explore new ideas, and develop collaborative solutions. Future initiatives may include leadership development, ECE workforce sustainability, youth career pathways, advocacy, conferences, cross-state collaborations, research, professional development, and community-based pilots. Some of our most important programs may not exist yet, and our shared-leadership model creates the space to discover and build them.
We believe meaningful innovation begins with listening and collaboration. An initiative may start with Coaching Strategies, a Board member, a school, a nonprofit, a funder, a community partner, or a professional who recognizes an unmet need. From there, an idea can move through a thoughtful process of Need → Idea → Collaboration → Partnership → Funding → Pilot → Learning → Growth. Not every idea needs to begin with a complete solution; sometimes it begins with the right question and the right people coming together. Bring the need. Bring the idea. Bring your expertise. The Emerging Leaders Cohort is a supportive leadership and professional development experience designed for early career professionals who are building the foundation for long-term success.
Grounded in the Workforce Sustainability Pyramidâ„¢, the program helps participants strengthen the conditions, confidence, skills, and leadership practices that support sustainable growth at work and in life.

The Reflective Leadership Lab is a collaborative learning experience for individuals who want to explore leadership, human development, and professional growth through reflection, dialogue, and shared learning.
Grounded in the Workforce Sustainability Pyramidâ„¢, the Lab creates space to examine the beliefs, experiences, relationships, and conditions that influence how we lead, communicate, learn, and contribute within our organizations and communities.
Rather than focusing on leadership as a set of techniques, participants engage in meaningful conversations that explore the human side of leadership and professional practice.

Helping professionals spend much of their time supporting others. Coaching provides a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and focus on your own growth, well-being, and leadership journey.
Through one-on-one coaching, individuals explore the personal, professional, and systemic factors that influence how they lead, work, communicate, and sustain themselves in demanding roles.
