Why We Charge for Individual Time
This is about more than a booking fee.
The Early Childhood Education and helping professions sectors have long benefited from professionals giving significant amounts of their time, knowledge, emotional labor, and expertise without compensation. Coaching Strategies wants to gently contribute to a different culture. We believe professional expertise has value, and human sustainability includes valuing the human providing the work.
Charging a small fee for dedicated one-on-one meetings allows us to honor that principle while keeping access affordable. Free opportunities to connect will remain available through email and community Q&A sessions.
